It does not surprise me that African American students scored the lowest on these tests. Until we equip our schools with the teachers with the knowledge to prepare African American and all students for success, the cycle will continue and the scores will continue to be lower. We must educate all students in public and private schools with the same curriculms n one accord to be successful and improve on test scores.
